Your documents
PDF content processed by the desktop application is intended to remain on your device. The application does not need to upload your PDFs to AgentHub Systems for rules-based scanning, local AI review, preview, or export.
Account and license data
When licensing is enabled, the service may process a license identifier, product and version, activation status, a privacy-preserving device identifier, timestamps, and limited diagnostic information required to prevent abuse and provide activation support. Document content is not part of license activation.
Website and support data
Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and security events. If you contact support, we process the information you choose to provide. Do not send an unredacted confidential PDF unless support explicitly requests a safe sample.
Data sharing
We do not intend to sell personal information. Limited data may be handled by infrastructure, payment, licensing, analytics, or customer-support providers only to operate the product and subject to appropriate safeguards.
